Hello, I don't usually write posts like this, but I'm posting this because I'm really desperate and frustrated.
Last summer, after my first surgery with a septal cartilage using a septal cartilage without silicone, my nose was tilted to one side and I couldn't breathe well on one side, so I visited the hospital and they said my septum was crooked and they would do it again.
So I had another surgery as soon as I completed 6 months. This time, I put in donated ribs and 2mm silicone, and I did the septum properly and made it higher than the first time. However, when I took off the cast and checked, the silicone on the bridge of my nose was crooked, my nose tip was crooked, and my nostrils were crooked. One side was a little crooked and the height of my nostrils was different. I kept looking in the mirror and complaining to myself that it was crooked, but in the end,
the director said that it was wrong and I had the surgery the next day. I was satisfied with the results. The silicone was still in place and the tip of my nose was fine (looking back on the tip of my nose, it was only slightly better, but it was still a little crooked). The problem was that I opened my nose too much in a short period of time and the scar was so bad. It was particularly bad on one side, and you could see that it was protruding both inside and outside my nose. So I got the scar removal injections about 3 times. Usually, I get good injections, but this was the first time I’ve had such a painful injection. Anyway, the scar on my nose got a little less, but the problem was that after I kept getting the injections, the tip of my nose felt like it was being absorbed.
I lived like that for 3 months, then I got silicone inflammation, so I received antibiotics for 3 or 4 days. I thought it couldn’t be helped, so I had it removed right away (I like to drink and smoke a lot, so I abstained from drinking and smoking for a month after the surgery). The silicone removal surgery was done by making an incision in one nostril. My nose, which used to be so high, got lowered and became a little shorter. The scar is still there, and while I was waiting for the day of my second surgery, I had so many boogers in my nose that I had to clean them out every morning. There were so many big boogers. Yellow nasal discharge. I think it's caused by dust or smoking. I've been cleaning my nose with at least 10 cotton swabs a day. But one day, the tip of my nose started to hurt and turn a little red. I spent 3 days like that and it got better, so I was just living. But it started to hurt again, so I turned on the fresh air to look closely at my nose and saw yellow nasal discharge. I wiped it with a cotton swab, but it kept coming out. It also smelled bad. Oh, this is pus. I thought it was inflammation. The next day, I went to an otolaryngologist and was diagnosed with pus. I went to a plastic surgeon right away and they diagnosed it with pus and inflammation.
They told me that the cause was a thread that was holding the cartilages in my nose together. This time, they removed the thread and made an incision on one side of my nose and cleaned it.
And after a week of taping, 3 days later, oh no, pus started coming out again... I went to the hospital. I had pus and they said I needed to wash it again. I cried for an hour in the hospital. I wanted to die. Anyway, on that day, they said they would open it up this time to see what the problem was, so they did an open surgery. The donated ribs were gapped and pus was coming out, and one of the donated ribs was absorbed by the inflammation and was almost gone. I'm scheduled for stem cell treatment in a month. Please let me know if you've had stem cell treatment..!
I had it open 4 times in a year at one hospital and had two incisions on one side.. It's so hard. I'm mentally weak, so I really don't have any thoughts.. I really want to die.
I'm looking into other hospitals for reconstructive surgery.
My nose is not straight and is crooked, and one side is crooked and everything was removed, so it's shorter, and my nose hole is upturned. Currently. I don't plan on using silicone for the second surgery and I'm thinking of autologous ribs.
I don't have many hospitals in mind yet, so I'm thinking of OEM, The Nan, Hanabi, Mind, etc. Please share information about the hospitals.
