Does the counseling director also go into the operating room?

Yesterday, I went for a consultation for nose revision surgery, and
 the consultation director praised his director so much that he was the best.
 Just by looking at the person's nose before the revision surgery, I expected what would happen and what would happen, and
 the nose was perfect! When I open it, he says that it really is like that, and that the patients who met the director are lucky, and speaks
 almost like a god. I wonder if he is saying such things after actually going into the operating room,
 and he says that he is so good without end or bottom, that he is the best. I don't really like it, but
 I am curious about the source of his confidence.
