The three major exercises at the gym, especially the bench press, are done while lying down, so
if you use core strength while pushing, it would put so much force into your face that it would make your face explode, but
I see that there is no problem...
After the surgery <once some time passes and stabilization>, weight exercise seems to be okay,
but jiu-jitsu. I'm a martial arts expert... I'm relieved because the bone has grown back over the pin and is still attached, but I'm worried about my nose so I can't do it...
Everyone tells me to keep this in mind when exercising after plastic surgery...
