Fascia behind the ear

Originally, I wanted to put silicone in, but since fillers also have side effects, they dried it out.
 Also, my skin has become thin due to the filler,
 and the space between my eyes is too narrow, so I told them to just give up on the height between the eyebrows,,^^ They suggested pulling out the tip of the nose to distract attention
 from the eyebrow bone . It's also protruding, so if the bridge of the nose is low and the tip of the nose is high
 , it would look really weird.
 Is there anyone who has a bridge of the nose due to the fascia behind the ears? Will it go up even a little..?ㅠㅠ
