When is the best time to have nose surgery?

I feel so good when I wear glasses or sunglasses.. haha. After
 the nose surgery, the bridge of my nose got sharper and it didn't fall off, so I felt really good.
 Actually, when I first got it done, I was worried about money and what could happen if there were side effects, but I found these little changes. When I did it, I felt so good and thought I did a good job.
 And since I also treat rhinitis, I feel like I'm living like a real person.
