Really evil eye revision surgery..

I had full incision double eyelid surgery 4 years ago, but after 3 months? my lines were all undone.
  My front eyelids are droopy and my double eyelid surgery was a failure. Anyone can tell that I just have sleepy eyes. They said they did it by making adhesions with a non-incision method and ruining my impression with double eyelids. Doubly so..ㅋㅋ The doctor who first did it on my right eye burned a lot of fat so I’m considering a fat graft..
