 philtrum became much longer and the tip of my nose went down a lot. They say it's swelling, but I looked up reviews and it never went down when the tip of my nose went down. I've never seen it go up again, but now it seems like the cartilage at the tip of my nose is already showing, and the tip of my nose is very high, but it's angular and round.
