People who are nobles or noble cats!

Is there anyone you want to leave out?
 My face is a combination of a long face, a sunken mid-face area, and a sloping chin.
 When I was
worried about choosing between the double jaw and the contour, and
 thought about the distant future, I was also thinking about Noble Cat or Noble Cat, but
