At this level, do you usually get epicanthoplasty A/S?

Before the surgery, my right eye was a little more open than my left eye. The doctor may not have taken that into consideration properly, but even after epicanthoplasty, the right side of the front is more open than the left. The right side is a bit more pointed than the left and looks like a hook.
 I see it every time I look in the mirror or take a selfie, so it's quite annoying. So I'm asking because I'm curious to see if other people think this is enough to get after-sales service or just buy it without paying attention. ㅠㅠ
