hello. It has been 16 days since I had a revision surgery after contracture. I am very satisfied with the shape of my nose as a result of using Megaderm's autologous ribs on the bridge of the nose. I thought it was over as both the nasal depression and columellar depression caused by the contracture had improved, but when I checked while applying eye ointment inside the nose, the cartilage was exposed like that. I think the autologous ribs and nasal septum were sutured together, but the thick mucous membrane did not cover it. It seems like I can't do it. I talked to the director and he said that the best thing would be to wait until next week and let the mucous membrane cover itself, but if it doesn't cover it, he should cut the part in an open manner so that the mucous membrane can cover it and help the wound heal. However, it is very difficult to have to undergo surgery once again, and it is inevitable that it will have to be performed, but is there a case where the mucous membrane covers itself? I'm scared that the exposed cartilage will become inflamed.. If you've had a similar case, please share your experience. I'm worried all day and can't even sleep.
