Double nose + short nose

I have a slightly short nose, but it didn't seem like a big complex, so I tried to draw it, but after seeing a lot of pretty noses on celebrities, I really wanted to get a nose surgery these days. It would be nice if the front of my nose was a little longer. What kind of surgery would be better? I think the nose bridge is not too boxy, but slightly boxy. I've had counseling once before, but what about nose fat? I was told it wouldn't have much of an effect because it was so thick. Please recommend a hospital too! Ugh, does it hurt a lot when the filler is dissolved?
