Should a guardian be present during breast surgery? This is where it works ㅠㅠ

Since I was in high school, having breasts that were only at the top was very stressful, so
 I wanted to get breast surgery as soon as I turned 20, but my mom kept stopping me, saying it was dangerous, so I started looking into hospitals ㅜㅜㅜ She
 was very worried that something would go wrong during the surgery, so I had a guardian watch me during the breast surgery. I heard there was a place where I could get it done, so I looked for it
 and two places came up, Incline and Withed. Is this a good place for surgery? Please let me know if there is another one ㅠㅠ
