Do you think I need to get my nose reduced??

I went to four places for consultation, one of them recommended it, two others said it wasn't necessary, and one more said it was okay but I have a big nose so I should get nostril reduction to make it a little smaller.
 One of the hospitals that said I didn't need it said the shape of my nostrils would look weird if I got it done,
 but the hospital that told me to get it done has some successful cases among my acquaintances so my mom told me to get it done there too, but I'm not sure what to do ㅠㅠ
 What will it look like when I see it..?
 I decided to get the tip of the nose, but I'm wondering if I should get it done together with the tip and nostril reduction!!
