I had reoperation and my nose bridge

It's the 3rd week...
 I can see the border of the implant line on one side of my nose. Isn't this related to the swelling??? I asked the hospital and they said it could be because of the swelling, but
 wouldn't it be clearer if the swelling goes down?
 Since it was a reoperation, I said I wanted to lower the bridge of my nose because it was too high... It's getting lower and lower as if I just removed the bridge of my nose.
 
I can still see the lines of the implants on the bridge of my nose, and they say it's a bruise, but I'm not sure if it's a bruise or discoloration. It's so annoying to see marks like I picked my nose. I'm
 going to go to the hospital and get a brush to see if it's a bruise. Rather than saying this could be it, should I just tell them to look at it closely and check?ㅠㅠ
