It's been a little over a month since I had three types of contouring surgery.
As shown in the attached photo, I was stressed about the shape of my chin.
I didn't want a huge V-line!!! I just wanted the angles on both sides to disappear and create a round chin shape.
I wasn't very dissatisfied with the length of the chin tip, and I thought it would look unnatural if it was shorter.
Before the surgery, I asked that the length be reduced to a minimum.
So, the surgery was planned to shorten the length slightly and shape the angled part using a V-cut or turn cut.
After the surgery, I was anxious when the doctor told me that the length of the chin tip was shorter than planned.
Looking at it, it looks like the shape is almost the same but only the length has been shortened.........................
The complex has not improved and the length has become shorter... I feel like I got the result I really didn't want.
I think I would have gotten the results I wanted if I had left the length alone and just turned and cut it, but is this too much of my brain?
If you look at the angle at which the bone was shaved in the CT photo, it seemed to be no different from before the surgery even though it was shaved... The length reduction is clearly visible.. haha
At the very beginning of the surgery, I was thinking it was because of the swelling.
When I touch it, I can feel that it is shaped like a bone and I can see it in person, so I am becoming more and more disturbed.
What should I do.........
I don't think much about the cheekbones and square jaw area because they look like they will be fine once the swelling goes down, but the shape of the chin tip is really stressful.
If I had the same mind, I would like to lengthen it again and shave both sides of the chin tip to make it sharper, but it seems like it would be too major surgery... I don't even know if it's possible.
I don't like having foreign substances on my face, so I'm planning to have pins removed, so I really... really want to avoid putting an implant in the tip of my chin.
Is it possible to extend it with autologous bone? I don't know if the square jaw has already been cut out and there is bone to use.
It was a major contouring surgery and I was worried about sagging weight, so I wanted to get it done in one go, but I never thought I would think like this... If I have a second surgery, won't I suddenly start sagging..?
I am very disturbed in many ways. Please give me your opinion. First of all, I will talk to the hospital.
