Ear cartilage, nose tip only vs nose bridge silicone

I narrowed it down to four hospitals, and
 three of them told me to only do the tip of my nose, but the hospital I wanted to do the most asked me to put silicone in the bridge of my nose, so I'm suddenly worried... I
 really don't want to put silicone in even if it kills me (my friend had it removed due to inflammation). I'm only trying to do the tip of the nose, but I'm worried if it'll look too unnatural...
 
Actually, rather than wanting to raise the tip more, I want to correct the 'spreading shape when viewed from the front', so I don't want to just raise it.
I heard that the surgical method is an open method where the ear cartilage is placed as a support for the columella and cartilage is piled on top. Please take a look at my photos and ask if it would be okay to just use the tip of the nose.
