Do I have to wear luxury items when going to a plastic surgery consultation?

When I go for a procedure or consultation, I feel strangely ignored if I wear comfortable clothes.. haha. Is this just my opinion..? Of course, there are places where it is not. There were about 5 customers waiting. And they all looked like consultations, not waiting for the procedure. Anyway, my mom still had anesthetic cream applied. I was frustrated because they didn't call me even after an hour, so I inquired at the desk, and they said, "Yes, I'll ask," but they didn't call me...lol;; After the procedure, I had to apply anesthetic cream for an hour... The procedure lasted about 15 minutes...;; When she complained that her eyes were stinging, she offered to wash them with saline solution.
