15th day of nose surgery... It's still Corinth, but I'll write it down in the hope that it will be of some help to those who haven't even started yet. Be careful of
long posts, be careful of rambling, be careful of saying nothing
--------------- -------------------------------------
Today, I completed removing the remaining stitches in my ears and inside my nose!
I was nervous because the stitches on the inside of the nose were the most painful, but it was just takkom takkim. It was bearable even for a shabby person like me.
Personally, among the stitches I pulled out, the pain ranking
was epicanthoplasty>>>>>>>>>ear>>>inside the nose>outside the nose>thigh.
Now I don't have to go to the hospital or take medication. Yay.
I got the splint off on the 8th day and was really stressed because my nose was too high, but the swelling has definitely gone down compared to before. There's still a long way to go... Really, every time I see a Na'vi woman standing in front of the mirror every day, I can't get used to it, but now I can't do that anymore. .. I'm doing it
1.
The swelling is because it's from pumpkin juice and I walk a lot, so it's effective.. I went for a walk yesterday for the first time (no conscience^^*), and I can definitely see that the swelling has gone down compared to yesterday.
2.
If there's anyone who has a nose surgery, I have something to say. If you don't have a nose bridge, but if you straighten your nose, it can make your nose look longer, so you need to get the starting point of your nose right.. It's really important..
In particular, do you like a short nose style that gives you a youthful look? If you want, set the starting point of the nose a little lower than the original. Really..
I didn't know this and just did it, but the center part became too long for my standard, so I'm stressed.. If you look at the nose, the length is appropriate, but there is a beauty standard that I pursue and it somehow harmonizes with my face. It doesn't feel right. ㅠㅠ Still, I'm trying it out with the hope that it will be absorbed by applying it to the dermis.

The eye crowding phenomenon
is better than the first time, but if you're thinking of having both eye and nose surgery, don't get epicanthoplasty too much. You'll really regret it. 4.
On the 8th day, the feeling of a foreign body at the tip of my nose was enough to make me think about removing my nose. I am getting used to this unpleasant foreign body feeling at the tip of my nose little by little. But I am just getting used to this feeling of a foreign body. It feels like shit every time I touch it haha
.
.. I don’t know yet if the sensation has improved.. This is also bad
5.
Now, even if I lower the pillow a little, I don’t feel like my nose is being pushed as much
, but I can’t lie on my side yet.. I feel like the contents are being pulled by gravity.. Everyday life is different. I never thought it would be this uncomfortable..
6.
And a review of the surgery.
You don't like the starting point of the nose and the height between the eyebrows, but the rest seems satisfactory? There are no additional wounds, the tip of the nose is not lifted, the bridge of the nose is not bent, the nostrils are neatly symmetrical, there is no feeling of pinching, and the shape of the nostrils is natural. I wonder if it is
me who is good at treating the wound in the columella area of the nose or the doctor's suturing skills are good. It has only been 2 weeks and the scar is not there. It's barely visible. It's really just a little red.
What I felt in the 2nd week after the nose surgery seems to be the perfect solution...
I'll come back with a review in a month when the swelling has gone down further. Bye.
