Is there little effect if I just tie the cartilage at the tip of my nose?

 've been trying to get my nose done all day long before school starts in March.
 I looked into a place in Kang*unni that holds an event and a place that does cartilage tying. I went to a consultation like this!
I'm not sure if I have keloid skin or hypertrophic scars, but I have red, swollen scars from open surgery a few years ago, and I also have red, swollen scars from shoulder acne. Since I'm naturally a skin type that leaves scars easily, I'm reluctant to go for an open treatment that leaves scars on the columella, so I'm inevitably looking into a closed treatment. three places, I found out that at ㄷㅌㅁ, there's no need to add Megaderm (artificial dermis) and just tie cartilage. He said it was okay to do it, and that it would be okay to just tie cartilage in the other two places without needing a cartilage transplant, but I'm worried that it won't be effective.
