I'm planning to get two types of surgery, one for the chin (T-shaped osteotomy) and one for the square jaw.
Can anyone tell me about the side effects and pros and cons of
having had T-shaped osteotomy
? I like both the pros and cons
. The only things I'm worried about are that my face will look longer,
my lower lip won't close properly, and the lack of difference before and after.
