How much swelling does pin removal cause?

It's been about half a year since I got the 3-stage facial contouring surgery, and
 I'm going to have a consultation when I check my progress..
 
People who normally get facial contouring
 don't get it unless it's uncomfortable or can be touched because of the pins, but I'm worried that it might cause problems later, so
 I'm going to get the 3-stage facial contouring surgery this time..
 
I don't know much about pin removal, but is it the same as general anesthesia??
 ㅠㅠ.. Since they're only removing the pins, I don't think the swelling will be that bad, but this is just my guess, so
 how much swelling will there be?? If there's anyone who's had pin removal, please let me know..
 
I got my contouring surgery at TK and I'm satisfied with it, and
 I thought it would be better to get the pins removed
 at the hospital I had the surgery at, but I was going to go there because I thought it would be more of a hassle to find a separate hospital for pin removalㅠ..
 
After pin removal, isn't it like you had clavicle surgery where your mouth doesn't open that well or anything
 ??ㅠㅠ... I don't know anything, so if there's anyone who's had pins removed,
 please let me know. They said the removal period is between 6 months and a year anyway, so
 I'm going to have a consultation at the end of next monthㅠ!!
