It's difficult to breathe after rhinoplasty...ㅠㅠbecause of stuffy nose...

I heard there were a lot of side effects from rhinoplasty, so I studied quite a bit and didn't go out of my way to do
 much. Among the side effects of rhinoplasty, I was especially worried that breathing could become uncomfortable, so I tried to research a lot about it.
 
I had a hooked nose, and I didn't like it, so I had a nose reduction, lateral osteotomy, and columella. I had plastic surgery using the support (ear cartilage).
After removing the straw from my nose on the 5th day after the surgery, I was able to breathe well for a few days, but
 after that, it became increasingly difficult to breathe. It's been 3 weeks now.
When I breathe, it's clogged, so I make a sound like I'm leaking, and I'm short of breath because I can't take in enough air. Also, when I come to my senses, there are times when I find myself breathing through my mouth without realizing it. My nose is stuffy, so my pronunciation is muffled.

Everyone had different opinions about the fact that having a lateral osteotomy, which I had researched before the surgery, could make it difficult to breathe. For some people, the area of ​​the bone on that side has nothing to do with the airway, for some people, the airway may be blocked by accidentally touching the upper lateral cartilage during osteotomy, for some people, the internal valve may become narrow...etc.
There are more than one or two people who perform surgery using an osteotomy... I thought it was because the doctor said that an osteotomy is necessary when performing a hooked nose surgery... I thought I had done a lot of research, but I think I was complacent in thinking that way.

If you look at it with a flashlight, there are no visible boogers. I don't know if there is a snot deep inside the navigational valve, but there is none on the outside (it keeps happening, but I am wiping it off in a timely manner). However, I should say that the mucous membrane near the internal valve is very swollen. So I confirmed that the internal valve is narrowed. Even when I looked at it, it looked like there was no way to hide.

I looked up Seongyesa's reviews and found that it was usually difficult to breathe for a week, at most up to a month. But if it goes any further than this, it might be strange.
Strictly speaking, it hasn't been a month, but since there's only a month left... I'm ready to give up.
 
The most frustrating thing is that I don't know exactly what the problem is. Was the osteotomy the problem, or was it the weight of the ear cartilage piled up at the tip of the nose? (I don't think it's a nose reduction. The nostrils aren't that small even after the surgery...) I
 
've read a lot of reviews before the surgery about people not being able to breathe after rhinoplasty, but I'm looking at those posts again these days. I never thought I would end up like this.
It's okay because I'm still somewhat satisfied with the changed nose shape, but I wonder how long I can endure the discomfort of not being able to breathe with this satisfaction...
