there are places that say they use nasal septum cartilage silicone for ear cartilage, but
if you add the nasal septum, the price jumps.
At the hospital I visited the other day, they said that if you only use ear cartilage on the tip of the nose, it won't support the tip and will inevitably sag, so you have to use a nasal septum.
But other hospitals say that. They say ear cartilage is enough... I
heard that using a nasal septum could make the tip of the nose too hard, so I'm worried about that... And I'm wondering if it's okay to remove all the cartilage like this for the first surgery. LOL
