What is the Kosom date standard??

If you listen to people who have nosebleeds, they say that living with cotton stuffed is the hardest part... While reading the reviews, I had a question. In
 some places, it is removed on the 2nd day, in some places it is removed on the 5th day, and in some places, on the 7th day..?
 I feel like I want to do it at a place where they remove it on the 2nd day, but why do different hospitals have different dates..?! ㅠㅠ
