It's the 12th day after my rhinoplasty and my nose feels like it's been crushed. Will it get better once the swelling goes down?

It's been 12 days since I had my nose done..ㅠ
 
I had surgery to lower my low nose bridge and upturned nose tip.

the cast off. The more I look, the more my nose looks swollen and the tip of my nose is swollen like the crown of my nose.
 
Will the swelling go down and the swollen part get better as time passes?

wondering if I should wait for a month and if it stays the same, should I talk to the hospital... ㅠㅠ
