Buried foreign body sensation

It was buried and I felt a foreign body sensation only in my right eye.
 I felt it ever since I came out of the surgery. Normally, when I blink, it's fine, but when I close my eyes and turn them to the right, it feels like there's something like sand. Maybe it's because of my mood, but my vision only on the right side seems to have deteriorated. .. My eyesight is only on the right side, so I feel a bit dizzy when I look at small letters. I
 went to both a plastic surgeon and an ophthalmologist and had my eyes checked, and they said there was nothing wrong. But I'm so worried that it's driving me crazy;;; It's only been a week since the surgery, but I keep turning my eyes and it doesn't look good and I'm worried that it will affect my double eyelids later...
