Does nose reduction leave a lot of scars?

Except for the nostril reduction,
 
I had rhinoplasty on the bridge of the nose and the tip of the nose.
 

When I went to the consultation for the nostril reduction,
 
there were 2 people who said the nose bridge was appropriate and 2 people who said it was wide.



However, I did not have my nose bridge reduced because my skin is thick and I
 

was told that doing so would cause scarring.



But when I look at my nose now, for some reason... I keep feeling disappointed about the bridge of my nose.

. What method did you use for the nose reduction?

I heard that the open scar where the columella is incised heals quickly and is not noticeable, but
