Sudden swelling between eyebrows 2 years after nose surgery

It's been a little over 2 years since I had surgery with silicone + nasal septum + ear cartilage at the tip of my nose. I've never had anything like that before, but I was a little tired after drinking, but when I got home, I suddenly felt a heat sensation between my eyebrows, and when I looked at it, the area between my nose and eyebrows was a little swollen. It went away after an hour, and two days later. I still don't have any problems right now, but is this just temporary due to my weakened immune system?? Or should I go to the hospital? It would be good to do this just once for a little while. Are there any people who are okay with it just once? ㅠㅠ Or, I wonder if most people do it repeatedly.
