Hello, before the surgery, I used to come here every day to get information and practically lived here,
but after the surgery, it's been a long time since I've been here. Before the surgery, I got a lot of information and help from here, so I'm going to leave a review of the hospitals I've been to and a review of my surgery!
Actually, before the surgery, my face shape wasn't that big. People told me I was pretty (ㅅㅅ..ㅠ) and I covered it up with my hairstyle, so whenever I brought up the topic of facial contouring surgery, my friends would say, "Where do you have to shave your face?" But because of my cheekbones, when I put my hair behind my ears, I'd say, "Hmm..." and then be speechless..ㅋㅋㅋ But I'd still hear them say, "It's not bad enough to need surgery." But no
matter how well you cover it up with your hair, there's a limit, right? ㅠ Every time I look in the mirror, my cheekbones make my eyes look too wide, and even though I don't have a square jaw, my face looks wide, which is really stressful...
So I'm going to go for a consultation! Actually, until then, I'm definitely going to get surgery! I didn't have those thoughts. Since it's a surgery that touches the bone, I was scared and worried about side effects like sagging cheeks. That's why I visited several hospitals and if I heard from even one of them that it might not be effective and I didn't have to do it, I wouldn't do it. But not a single place said anything like that lol ㅠ Anyway,
the introduction was too long. I went to a total of 6 consultations, but I'll talk about 3 first!
1. ㅇㅊ
I went here because I felt trustworthy after seeing the blog, but the director looks really young. He's in his late 30s at most? I think I'd believe him even if he said he was in his late 20s.. But he said he has 15 years of experience. I
was surprised lol
Anyway, the director's serious advice was 3 types of facial contouring: cheekbones + square jaw + chin (length reduction + width reduction).
He said that the cheekbones can be reduced by 5mm on each side, and that the chin can't be shaved much because the nerve line is low. You recommended chin length reduction, but I thought my chin was actually shorter, so I was like, "Huh?" But I was only going to get a wide-angle chin, so I couldn't ask about it.
The cost was pretty reasonable because there was a promotion going on at the time. It was
so cheap that I wondered if the price was right.
The consultation with the director and the manager were both okay
.
2. Yes (consultation fee 100,000 won)
Everyone knows about this place and there aren't many reviews, so I think people are curious. I also trusted the place after seeing blogs and YouTube, and I thought they really cared about their patients? It didn't seem commercial, so I got the consultation even though the consultation fee was 100,000 won. But to get to the point... I regretted spending 100,000 won.
First of all, the hospital interior was really luxurious and nice. And if you look at blogs, you'll see a lot of people who come out like clay...? We took pictures, and it felt a little different from other hospitals.
The director diagnosed 3 types of contouring: wide-angle + square jaw + front chin (width reduction, forward movement). But during the consultation, I felt really intimidated? I felt pressured. It was really uncomfortable and I couldn't even ask the questions I wanted to ask. What bothered me the most was when I asked something and he said something like, "What the heck..!" and told me to go back and study some more. Even though I'm not a doctor, shouldn't I tell the patient if they don't know? Then he told me to look for his blog again and study...ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I paid 100,000 won for the consultation..? I thought that even if his surgical skills are good, I shouldn't have an atmosphere where I have to pay money and not ask a single question I was curious about, so I passed. And I asked the director to show me before and after surgery photos, but he subtly criticized me, saying that it's not his face so what's the point? If you have good surgical skills, isn't it natural to want to show off and build trust by showing before and after photos?;; But the 2-3 before and after photos they showed were all over 10 years ago, so... I won't say much.
The cost was the most expensive among the places I've been to. It was about 1.5-2 times the average price, and about 2.5 times the cheapest price.
3. Director GRLH - BNH (consultation fee 20,000 won)
I had high expectations because he said it was natural, not commercial, and gave good consultations. I've heard he has a good eye, and as soon as I came in, he caught my bad posture and asymmetrical shoulders, so I could definitely feel his experience. It seems like he looks at people as a whole, not just faces. He carefully asked me what I do for a living, and he gave me comfortable advice on how I could improve my face. He felt like an uncle. I told him that my biggest concern was that my face looked round and flat, but to improve this, my chin was more important than my cheekbones. He said that my chin was short, so I had to pull it forward to make it look rounder. At ㅇㅊ, he said that I should actually get my chin length reduced, which was a bit disappointing. I trusted him for noticing this and trying his best to make me understand.
Diagnosis: wide-angle + forward chin + (square jaw would be good, but it was my choice)
The cost was reasonable, perhaps because it was a hospital with a long history. They didn't hold any events, which seemed to be a trustworthy point...
I'll continue writing about the remaining 3 hospitals ~ㅋㅋ The writing might be a bit disorganized, but I hope it helps someone.
