My nose bridge is wide, but the tip is blunt, so it looks even bigger than my bulbous nose. I don’t want to get implants, so I’m going to get a nostril reduction using an incision. My nostril skin is not thick, and my nostrils are large, so my nose is wide. I don’t need a dramatic effect, and I want to do it in a way that is as natural as possible and won’t leave too many scars!
