I had my first surgery using the buried method, and the line was much higher than I wanted, but I just lived with it as it happened.
Then, when one side becomes loose and I have a second surgery, I try to lower the line on the part that didn't come loose.
Textbooks say that lowering the line through incision is the norm, but the incision method is burdensome, so I'm looking into places that lower the line through non-incision.
The first place where I had the surgery said that it was possible through non-incision, but they wouldn't lower the line as much as I wanted, some said I had to do a separate surgery to loosen the line, some said I had to make an incision unconditionally, and some said I could just do eye correction. Correct. I feel like there is nothing left and I keep wandering.
