People who had rhinoplasty using ear cartilage...ㅜㅜ

As I write this, I also had rhinoplasty using ear cartilage. I think it's been about a year and a half to two years since I had the surgery. I
 had a curved nose, so I transplanted the ear cartilage between my eyebrows. I liked it for about 6 months after the surgery, but after that, it started to lose a little bit of volume
 . I thought the swelling would go down now, but I know that after a year, the swelling will go down and stay there... but it feels like it's continuing to go down.
 To be honest, when I look in the mirror these days, I don't see much of a difference compared to before I did it.
  I wonder if it's just because I'm sensitive, but when I compare it to old photos, it looks like the front. I can see a real difference in the ear.
 Friends I haven't seen in a long time don't know unless I tell them. I wonder  
 if the actual cartilage shrinks little by little after it engrafts.... If you listen to the doctors, they say that the cartilage is maintained, but
