코 염증 의심되는데 병원추천해주세요

수술 3개월차 되는데 통증으로 염증이 의심되는 상황인데 병원에서는 붓기가 없어서 그런지 코안도 안보고 항생제만 5일치 처방해주고 경과를 보자는 입장이에요
저는 ct나 어떤 검사를 통해 이게 염증인지 아닌지 확인을 하고 싶은 상황인데 이런시스템이 잘되어있는 병원 알려주세요ㅜㅜ
약먹고 통증은 가라앉았지만 살짝 붉은기도 있는 상황이라 밤마다 잠자기가 무섭네요ㅜ곧 시험기간이어서 더 불안하네여ㅜㅜ
