I made a list of rhinoplasty revision surgeries, so please check with Black Hospital.

I had revision rhinoplasty 10 years ago and was fine, but recently, when I look at my nose with a mirror, the implant is visible and my septum is crooked ㅠㅠ
 One side of my nostrils is blocked and it's hard to breathe, so I'm thinking of getting a functional nose job + cosmetic surgery at the same time, but when I searched other cafes, there were many comments not recommending the ENT specialist (saying that cosmetic improvement is not enough).
 I sold my stuff and made a list, but are there
 any hospitals that I can recommend or would like to hear opinions from?
 I have a baby too, so it's hard to get surgery within the time limit, but
