Affordable plastic surgery

I have a complex and a lot of stress because of my crooked nose. So, this time, I am determined to get plastic surgery and am looking for a hospital. I wrote this because people with experience are more trustworthy than hospital reviews. I'm looking into functional nose + cosmetic nose surgery, but it seems like plastic surgery clinics don't offer good actual cost. There's only one plastic surgery clinic that I've found that offers actual cost. How are the skills of the director here? During the consultation, do you look closely with a CT scan or endoscope? Can I see what it looks like after plastic surgery?
