hello! This is my first post since signing up, so I'm not sure if it's right to write here, but I'm writing it.
I'm currently a senior in high school, and I've been under a lot of stress about my appearance since I was in elementary school, so I've been living with depression ever since. My face needs to be completely changed to become prettier, but I don't have the financial resources to do so, and I don't want to look like someone who has had a lot of plastic surgery, so I decided to only do the parts that I really have a complex about. Since that is my face shape, I am considering cheekbone and square jaw surgery. I searched for a lot of information about how dangerous contouring surgery is, and many people posted that they wanted to die due to sagging or side effects after the surgery. The more I keep looking for information, the more articles I see that discourage me, and they say sagging is unconditional. I was really scared, but I couldn't do it because I knew if I didn't have the surgery, I would just die... I'm holding on because of my family, but I can't live without even the hope of surgery.
I'm so scared of sagging and I don't have enough money to spend money on lifting every year, so I'm mainly choosing hospitals that don't have sagging, but I don't even know if this is true... I'm so worried. I can't even study because I spend all day thinking about my appearance. I would really appreciate it if you could tell me how many people have had facial contouring done and what the sagging is like.
