Sleep anesthesia (gastroendoscopy) What kind of anesthesia should I use if my physical condition is severe?

I had my first gastroscopy this year while sleeping. After it was over, the nurse said that she almost fell off the bed because she was struggling.
 
Is double sleep anesthesia similar to gastroscopy?
 
So, should I just go to a place that provides local anesthesia, or should I tell the hospital that I have a lot of movement during sedative anesthesia? (Then, I'm worried that they'll wake me up in the middle of the night with strong sleeping pills, so I won't be able to wake up when I look at the line, and I'll end up sleeping the entire time.
 
What should I do for people who move a lot during sedative anesthesia? Did you do it?
