(Removed) Small and short nose ㅅㅅㅇ vs ㅍㄹㅁ

I'm thinking of removing the silicone and repositioning the cartilage with ear cartilage.
 Which one is better?
 (I've put down a deposit for ㅅㅅㅇ and I'm planning on having a consultation tomorrow for ㅍㄹㅁ)
 My nose is really small and short (and the bridge of my nose is also lacking), so
 if I raise the angle just a little, my nostrils go up right away and
 the tops of my nostrils look vertical ㅠㅠ
 I don't want a thin and straight nose tip, I like one that's low and round.
 I'm not too greedy about the angle and height of the nose bridge, and
 if I want to make it look like I didn't have surgery, which one would be better??
