I have asymmetry, a long face, no chin, a protruding mouth, and other things, so I visited several places and they recommended almost the same type of double jaw treatment.
However, since the philtrum itself is long in one place, to solve a long face, it is not possible to use only two jaws, but also to reduce the philtrum. Otherwise, we should just take long faces into consideration when designing.
So, I'm looking into reducing the size of the philtrum, but there's so much talk about it being unsightly.
Even if you are as careful and take good care of it as possible, will it really leave a bad mark? And wouldn't men also like to see a lot of scars under their noses?
I'm really conflicted on whether I should just give up on the long face and accept Western medicine to resolve the rest, or take the crowd reduction into consideration. ㅠㅠ
