Endoscopic forehead lift hand and foot treatment review

First of all, I was thinking of 5 hospitals and
 went to 3 hospitals (Teㅇㄹ/ J ㅔ ㄹ/ Ba ㅌ).
 The prices are 2,519,000 won/ 1,969,000 won/ 2,500,000 won
 including VAT.
 I asked for
 a discount , but only J Plastic Surgery gave a discount of 1,960,000 won because of forehead disclosure, and
 the other hospitals said there was no such thing.
 When I asked if there was an estimated price, they said that I would probably know after consulting with the doctor, so I wonder if that's why they weren't giving me a discount.
 In fact, the question itself seems to leave room for the price to be adjusted.
 Have the people who have been to the hospitals above matched the prices?
 Hospitals 2/3 said that you need to pay a deposit to get a discount.
