It's been over a year since I had surgery
(double eye surgery due to natural adhesion, eye correction, and epicanthoplasty).
The swelling went down and I was doing well with my daily life, but at some point, I developed an eye allergy that I had never had before. To be exact, it is an allergy to the skin around the eyes.
I thought the line was pretty well established, but I also heard that the line seemed to have changed due to repeated swelling and subsiding due to allergies. Even though I think my eye has become misaligned, I'm wondering if reoperation is the answer or if I should just live like this.
Whether you need reoperation or not, you can change the line, but you can't change the allergy. I never had this before before the surgery, but is it possible to develop skin allergies around the eyes as a side effect?
