It's been 9 months since my nose surgery, and it's hard to breathe.

I had a revision nose surgery about 9 months ago... and I'm still having a hard time breathing.
 If you look inside your nose, there's a thick fat thing hanging down from the top. I wonder if that's why...
 I don't usually have rhinitis... My mom said I was sleeping with my mouth open when I was sleeping. Is it because I have become accustomed to breathing through my mouth during surgery? Or is it because I have trouble breathing, so I sleep with my mouth open?
 If
 I tell the hospital that I have trouble breathing, they will just say that and I can't say anything
