Differences in attitude toward counseling with YouTubers

Since it is a double revision surgery, I am collecting information by posting here on several plastic surgery cafe apps. I
 saw a comment saying to watch the video that one of the
 two places I was considering
 for surgery was done by a beauty YouTuber . It is bittersweet
 to hear that famous YouTubers and social media stars do better.
 I heard it, but I never thought it was real.
 It was completely different from when I consulted with him.
I felt like he was trying to end it early, and he asked me to ask any questions
 I had, and before I could answer, he said that he explained everything so I didn't have to ask any questions... He didn't give me many lines and
 explained the surgery method briefly, but
 this YouTuber asked me to draw the lines 50 times and explained the surgery method. He also
 explained everything in detail.
 I laughed out loud the entire time I was watching the video, and it was bitter and confusing.
