I got it four years ago, and it feels like the hair around my eyes is getting looser.

I had epicanthoplasty + double eyelid surgery four years ago, but it seemed like the hair around my left eye was getting looser as time went by, so I had a stitch in the front of my eye in October of last year, but maybe I had thinned it out too much, and it got thinner again.
 Now, if I lift it just a little above my eye, I can't even see it
 . My right eye was fine because the double eyelid in the front of my eye was thick, but it's getting thinner as time goes by... Sigh... Should I just get a stitch in the front again? Will it cost a lot because it is a reoperation??
