Please look at the shape of my nose.

<When you smile, the shape of the tip of your nose becomes more visible...> It's been 2 weeks since the surgery and a lot of the swelling has gone down, but the tip of my nose hasn't gone away and I'm dying. It's not swelling, it's just like the picture.
What if the nose tip point is low and protrudes too far forward, like a witch/Pinocchio/Squidward?
It's very hard and hard and it still hurts when I touch it. Will it look like this even after the swelling goes down...? (I had the surgery directly.)

Also, the nostrils are even and when viewed from below, the silicone appears to be bent to the left. Will this also improve when the swelling goes down..?
