I originally had double eyelids, but my eyes were small, so I wanted to get epicanthoplasty, so I went for a consultation,

 also recommended dual epicanthoplasty in about 2 months. He even recommended posterior epicanthoplasty and bottom epicanthoplasty.
 The director just didn't bother with dual epicanthoplasty. I was told that I didn't have to do it and that I could just report the progress.
 I waited the longest, but they consulted at super speed.
 The director was very kind,

 just did epicanthoplasty, I would probably have double eyelids starting from the middle. He said it was my choice, but he didn't seem to recommend epicanthoplasty alone.
 He said epicanthoplasty incisions for eye correction.
