About dermatology refunds

I received Thermage for 3 million won at a dermatology clinic in Apgujeong in early May of this year. But my skin doesn't show any signs of improving. Rather, the pores on my cheeks became larger. I wonder if the pores shouldn't get bigger... I waited steadily, and even though some people say Thermage is effective after 6 months, another teacher said that it didn't work after 4 months, but would it be effective after 6 months? Still, I feel like I want to wait until 6 months and get a refund. When I inquired on the dermatology bulletin board, they asked me to visit them once. I would like to know if refunds are possible at my dermatology clinic. They won't be able to say anything else if they see my skin... And has anyone seen results after 6 months? I am in my early 30s.
