I got it from a doctor's office a few years ago.
It's been a while so I don't remember much, but I was satisfied with the 1st set of thighs + abdomen, so I paid for another set and did the 2nd set of abdomen + forearms. There are three ingredients: injections, prescription medication, and diet control. As you can see from InBody, if you do as instructed, the fat loss effect is really dramatic. I didn't exercise at all, but I only lost fat.
But if I had to do it again, I don't think I would do it.
1) First of all, the injection hurts a lot... I can tolerate pain well, but it's the highest pain I've ever experienced in my life. It's not so bad that I can't get the injection, but it's right to just think that I'm dead. Those 1-2 minutes couldn't have been that painful lol
2) Extreme diet control. Tofu/egg + soy milk for breakfast and dinner, and some regular food for lunch. If you happen to eat anything else, eat only tofu and soy milk for 3 days. I like to drink, so I drink one day and drink tofu soy milk for 3 days~~~~ I did it haha. It's okay once you get used to it, but after a while, you start to lose strength because you don't drink much. My hair is falling out a lot too. Actually, I quit because of this. Because I feel like my body is so broken.
3) Price burden. It is definitely more expensive than other similar injections. The hospital is good and provides good care, but it is still expensive. When I started eating again, it all came back right away. If I had this money, I could have done with my face.
But no matter how much it costs, it is definitely a good choice for those who want to lose weight in a short period of time. It's enough for me to have experienced it once.
