I lived under stress my whole life due to cursed lower body obesity.
Like everyone else, my upper body was thin and thin, but only my lower body was particularly developed.
There's nothing I haven't tried.
I spent a lot of money on
meridians, precepts, etc. (I don't even remember)
. I wish I had saved up that money... And finally, I did PT.
The last thing
I did while living at 160cm and 53kg
was exercise. I lost up to 48 kg. It was futile.
My upper body became thinner (so people wouldn't see it;;),
and my lower body lost weight but was still fat.
I exercise, but it feels futile.
I lost weight by exercising, but I actually became sad.
I thought my efforts wouldn't work, so
I stopped smoking two years ago.
I regret it now. I won't do it....
Even though it's been 2 years, I still have a clear
trace under my buttocks, so
I don't know about others, but
I do.
I should exercise more...
I regret choosing the fast route instead of doing it consistently.
My legs are still obese in the lower part of my body.
There are no dramatic results.
I would recommend it if there were dramatic results, but
if you are worried because there is no significant change
compared to the money and effort you put in,
I hope you design a body that matches your body and
exercise.
