3. Medicines for weight loss, such as Herbalife: I have tried them all, but
they all contain appetite suppressants. That's why, considering the price, the fastest way to get medicine is to go to the hospital. Instead, take vitamins and nutritional supplements.
4. Jumping rope: This is not recommended. Lose weight, but think about it. Our legs support our fat bodies. That too, thump thump.
